Northern Europe Foods

Potato chips have been produced in Broek op Langedijk in the Netherlands since 1958, when Gerrard Kistemaker started making chips looking for alternative ways to sell more potatoes. He learned the trade of making chips from Frank Smith from the UK. The production of chips got introduced in Belgium as well in 1966 when the first chips factory got built.
