Bogdan Savin is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of PepsiCo Northern Europe.
Bogdan joined PepsiCo 2017 as the Power of One General Manager in Russia. Prior to PepsiCo, Bogdan spent 14 years in British American Tobacco where he worked in various commercial and marketing roles across Russia, Eastern Europe and Turkey. His responsibilities included strategic brand development and navigating complex market dynamics, leaving a significant impact on various markets.
Over the past 4 years Bogdan led the Commercial function in Europe Sector at PepsiCo, taking the relationships with international customers to the next level, setting channel strategies, helping markets build world-class commercial plans, developing future-relevant capabilities and transforming talent.
At the beginning of his career journey, Bogdan served as a Senior Brand Manager at BAT Romania and later becoming the Head of Brand Marketing. His initiatives emphasize responsible business practices, including resource optimization and reducing environmental impact.
Bogdan's journey demonstrates his ability to navigate complex landscapes, inspire innovation, and empower teams to achieve outstanding results.
Bogdan is a native of Romania. He and his wife, Roxana, are the proud parents of two sons.
Introducing Miet Delmotte, our General Manager for PepsiCo BeLux, a seasoned leader with a distinguished career within our organization.
Miet began her journey with PepsiCo in 2013, initially joining as a Promotion and Shopper Marketing Manager. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently demonstrated her expertise in various commercial roles, progressing from Category Management to the position of National Account Group Manager.
In 2020, Miet assumed the role of Sales Manager within the Retail channel where she was active in the PepsiCo Positive (pep+) agenda and building sustainable projects together with customers.
Miet is known for her unwavering commitment to delivering results, fostering a culture of shared success, and developing talent within her team.
Beyond her professional achievements, Miet balances her roles as a dedicated spouse and a loving parent to three children.
As Senior Manager Sustainability Northern Europe, Rozanne leads the BU strategy and glidepath on our PepsiCo Positive agenda. This includes our ambition to be a Net Zero and a Net Water Positive company, as well as our efforts in delivering sustainable packaging and healthier product portfolio. The Sustainability team’s focus includes building a strong sustainability knowledge and capability among all employees, through our engagement agenda.
Prior to this, Rozanne held several roles in the Commercialization function, which manages all product innovation and change projects, at European and BU level, and most recently led the BU’s Commercialization team for our snacks, grains and beverages business.
Rozanne started her career at PepsiCo in the Supply Chain, specifically working in demand planning and leading the Sales & Operation Process.
Natalie Keast is the Senior HR Director for Northern Europe region at PepsiCo.
Natalie brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of excellence in the field of Human Resources.
Natalie's journey with PepsiCo began in 2009 as an HR Officer for the Coventry Snacks Plant in the United Kingdom. Since then, she has navigated a remarkable career path within our organization, showcasing her dedication and expertise.
Her professional journey has encompassed various roles within the U.K. business unit and the Europe Sector, where she honed her skills as an HR Business Partner. Her adaptability and ability to excel in diverse roles led her to Central Europe, where she served as the HR Director for Romania, contributing significantly to our team's success in that region.
Most recently, Natalie held the role of HR Director for the France business unit, further solidifying her impressive track record of fostering strong teams, developing key capabilities, and aligning visions within the organization. Her leadership and strategic insights have been instrumental in advancing our HR initiatives in France.
Natalie's commitment to personal and professional growth is underscored by her academic achievements. She holds two Master's degrees in Management, a testament to her dedication to continuous learning and self-improvement.
Sandeepan Mazumdar has been a part of the PepsiCo team since 2013, bringing extensive expertise in Strategy and Transformation roles across various business units and sectors. In his previous position, he served as the Snacks and Transformation Lead for the Nordics, where he played a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the future strategy of the market unit.
Sandeepan's prior experience includes a range of Strategy and Transformation roles within the U.K. business unit, Pepsi Lipton, and Future Brands Europe.
Before joining PepsiCo, he worked as a Strategy Consultant with Accenture, collaborating with clients across diverse industries and global locations. Sandeepan now holds the role of Strategy & Transformation Director Northern Europe, overseeing strategic initiatives to drive commercial growth within the Faster pillar of the business.
Sandeepan holds an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Computer Science from RV College of Engineering.
Introducing Dmitry Meshkov, the IT Director for North West Europe and France at PepsiCo. Dmitry holds a pivotal leadership role with end-to-end accountability for IT solutions across the region, ensuring seamless technological support for our operations.
Dmitry's extensive career journey with PepsiCo began in 2008 in Moscow, where he initially served as an IT Project Manager. His career trajectory reflects his steadfast dedication to driving innovation, primarily focused on enhancing our Commercial and Supply Chain initiatives.
In 2010, Dmitry played a pivotal role in the Russia Troyka transformation program, spearheading projects that laid the foundation for strategic capabilities in Russia. These initiatives included pioneering SFA (iSales enablement in Russia), establishing a robust Data foundation, and creating a Sales Data Analytics platform.
In 2018, Dmitry ventured into Europe, assuming the role of a Commercial Business Relations Manager. In this capacity, he demonstrated his prowess in shaping IT Commercial applications strategy as an integral part of the EU Commercial business strategy. He played a vital role in preparing and mobilizing Sector projects within the commercial and digital space while diligently governing Sector commercial applications.
Torben Nielsen is Managing Director for PepsiCo in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) since June 2020. Joining PepsiCo from Kraft Heinz, where he served as Sales Director for the DACH region, Torben brings a wealth of strategic and operational experience in the consumer goods sector.
With a career that spans over a decade, Torben started his journey in 2006 at AT Kearney, a management consultancy, leading various European projects in the consumer goods and retail sectors until 2013.
Torben's journey includes roles such as Senior Director Key Accounts Europe and Business Unit Director, where he had profit and loss responsibility for key retail accounts in Denmark. His passion for business development was evident during his tenure as Director of Business Development at Arla Foods Consumer Denmark, where he was part of the leadership team.
Torben holds a double Master's degree in Marketing Communications Management and International Management from the Copenhagen Business School.
Japo Ouwerkerk is Corporate Affairs Director for the 11 Northern European markets at PepsiCo. As such, Japo oversees various critical aspects of corporate affairs, including public policy, government affairs, internal and external communications, media relations, employee engagement and the cultivation of strategic corporate partnerships through the PepsiCo Foundation. He has been part of this Leadership Team since 2011.
Before joining PepsiCo, Japo had a 12,5 year career as diplomat at the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he mainly worked in the economic and development area, serving at the Private Sector department, as trade and economic secretary at the Netherlands Embassy in Tokyo, as deputy World Bank coordinator and the last 6 years as spokesperson of three consecutive Ministers for Development Cooperation and Trade.
Japo developed the Corporate Affairs function since 2011 and set up in the past years the PepsiCo Foundation programs and the sustainability function in Northern Europe. He currently focuses as a PepsiCo diplomat on advocating and pushing the PepsiCo Positive sustainability agenda both internally as well as externally with governments, stakeholders and in the media, and works on projects that foster employee engagement.
Shah is the End-to-End Supply Chain Senior Director, North West Europe at PepsiCo.
Shah joined PepsiCo in 2008 and has held pivotal roles across various sectors of the Supply Chain landscape.
He began as the Franchise Operations Manager for West Africa based out of Nigeria, and later assumed Operations leadership roles in the Pepsi Lipton joint venture, first in AMEA and later in Europe. In recent years, Shah has been at the helm of the Engineering Innovation Group, as part of European Central Technical Services. In this capacity, he championed the breakthrough technology and digitalization agenda in PepsiCo Europe’s Snack and Beverages Manufacturing sites.
In his most recent role, Shah led the European 3rd Party Manufacturing (3PM) team, focusing on building value-adding partnerships with our strategic partners on a foundation of innovation, growth, and optimization opportunities. In his current role as Supply Chain lead for North West Europe, Shah balances delivering service to PepsiCo’s commercial partners with a significant longer term transformation agenda.
Shah is a native of Pakistan and holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (Pakistan) and an MBA from Warwick Business School in the UK. He currently resides in the Netherlands with his family.
Introducing Stijn Storms, our Sales Director for the Netherlands at PepsiCo. Stijn brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of excellence to his position.
Stijn's journey with PepsiCo commenced in 2004, marked by his unwavering passion for driving growth and delivering outstanding results. Over the years, he has held various pivotal roles, including Field Management and Away From Home, establishing a robust foundation of operational expertise. Notably, Stijn played a pivotal role in leading the Organized Trade business for prominent partners and the discount channel, demonstrating his leadership and market acumen in navigating complex retail landscapes.
In early 2018, Stijn joined the BUCCA Leadership Team as Business Development Director, where he made significant contributions to enhancing our commercial capabilities across diverse markets. He played a central role in the roll-out of world-class customer engagement tools, elevating the customer engagement agenda to new heights. Stijn also spearheaded transformative changes in the Away From Home channel, making substantial advancements in its development.
His journey continued as he assumed the role of Senior Director for Business Development and Capability within the RUBUCCA team in early 2023. In this capacity, Stijn further fueled world-class customer engagement, aligning it with the overarching Joined Value Creation (JVC) strategic agenda with our top customers. His leadership within the Commercial Transformation sphere was instrumental in advancing the Horizon 2 and 3 Perfect Store agenda, positioning the team to seize future growth opportunities in areas such as Advanced Analytics Segmentation and Data Monetization.

In his role as Category GM and Vice President Marketing for Food and Consumer Health categories, Jan has had the privilege of working with some of the world's leading brands, making a significant contribution to healthier futures worldwide. He is a firm advocate for combining purpose with superior commercial performance.
Jan's fascination lies in brand innovation aimed at improving people's lives and promoting sustainable living. He excels at problem-solving and identifying opportunities, particularly in the pursuit of 'sustainable diets' for a broader audience.
Throughout his career, Jan has successfully revitalized brands and accelerated growth by humanizing them and simplifying brand strategies. His approach involves reconnecting brands with both internal and external stakeholders, harnessing the power of "People Power" in today's interconnected world.
As Vice President Marketing Foods Northern Europe since September 2022, Jan continues to lead the Marketing, Insights, and Commercialization function for 11 markets within PepsiCo’s Northern Europe region. In his previous role as Category GM & Vice President Marketing - Dairy Eastern Europe from January 2020 to August 2022, he successfully oversaw PepsiCo's Dairy business in Eastern Europe, driving it towards sustainable profitable growth. His achievements include reallocated investments, top-line turnaround, bottom-line improvement, portfolio simplification, and value re-engineering, all contributing to the brands' success.
Pauline Verheijen-Dop currently holds the position of Legal Director for Northwest Europe at PepsiCo. With a previous tenure as Legal Counsel at PepsiCo from 2005 to 2007, Pauline returned to the organization, citing it as one of her favorite employers.
After spending five years in New York City and subsequently relocating to the Netherlands, she joined PepsiCo from The Walt Disney Company, where she served as the head of the Legal Department for Benelux and Nordics for seven years.
In her current capacity, Pauline oversees the legal agenda and provides crucial support for legal initiatives and markets in Northwest Europe.
Pauline's role as Legal Director brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Northwest Europe business and the West Europe Legal team, positioning her as a valuable asset for the organization's present and future.
Pauline is happily married to Kris and a proud mom of 2 teenage daughters. Pauline her hobbies are stand up paddle boarding, pilates and reading.
Joost is Commercial Lead for Foods Nordics since 2022, leading the expansion of our global Snacks brands across five markets within the region.
Joost spend the first decade of his career in various marketing- and sales roles, working across multiple categories in FMCG. He joined PepsiCo in 2019, initially leading Shopper Marketing Foods for the Benelux. The perfect place to translate his extensive background into a strong track record of impactful campaigns and equal results for our iconic brands.
In 2020, Joost assumed the role of Marketing Manager Other Savoury. Being responsible for local heritage brands, while simultaneously set out to establish and accelerate positive, new propositions like PopWorks across Northwest Europe.
Joost has a strong entrepreneurial mindset and excels at transformational projects, with a focus on long-term, sustainable results. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Economics and a Master’s in Marketing Management from Nyenrode Business University.
He currently lives in the Netherlands with his partner, is a proud father and enjoys a variety of sports whenever he finds time.
